Learning Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced LEARNING SPECIALIST/TRAINER to manage the development and delivery of training and change management initiatives related to the implementation of a learning management system.

REPORTING TO THE PROJECT MANAGER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Developing training plans and managing communication on training initiatives of the overall training strategy associated with the LMS implementation
- Designing, developing, and building blended learning content for technical troubleshooting and customer service business needs
- Assisting in the design and delivery of advocate training, instructor and end-user training
- Control instructional methods including individual training, group instruction, conferences, workshops, computer-based training, and demonstrations
- Coordinating training initiatives with various internal trainers and outside vendors
- Work closely with SMEs to identify key product information and use E-learning and other proven delivery methods to distribute to agents and partners

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Extensive experience in developing training plans, training materials, (blended learning content), use of E-learning delivery methods
- Proven experience with Instructional Design and performance consulting
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and design, including online applications preferably using a Learning Management System
- The ability to partner with the business, develop customer requirements and implement effective solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
