In essence, the role will entail reviewing the company's position on induction and onboarding to design and drive the implementation of a consistent framework across EMEA and India, working with senior leadership to develop a proposal to address the company's 'manager' and 'high potential' population in line with the emerging talent strategy.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Learning and Development professional - ideally at Associate Director level - with excellent stakeholder management skills and a solid professional services background with a strong track record of delivering Learning and Development strategy, implementation and design.
