-Identify and maintain effective practices for knowledge and best practice sharing
-Manage cross functional learning projects and provide support for innovative learning methodologies
-Oversee development of cross functional learning projects and programs using a variety of training methods
-Manage interactions of the virtual learning community
-Set and manage meetings, preparing the agenda, relevant meeting materials and record/track keeping
-Develop communication materials supporting the roll out of new learning programs
-Support engaging social media (G+) community interactions
-Identify and review existing learning practices such as training needs analysis, design & development, program effectiveness evaluation and impact measurement
-Resolve specific problems and individually manage existing learning programs
-Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Relevant educational background
-Profound work experience in learning & development
-Know-how in working with business clients and designing, developing L&D concepts and delivering innovative and progressive solutions in global organizations
-Information technology understanding and experience with innovative learning methods (e-learning, gamification, activity based learning, workshops, simulations etc)
-Working experience in a global company and matrix environment, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
-Communication skills in particular in a virtual environment and leveraging diversity of cultures, backgrounds and styles
-Project management skills and ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
-Innovative thinking, affinity to using technology in particular for community building and communication
-Critical thinking and analytical skills, ability to consider problems and identify possible solutions
