Learning Manager

The role of learning manager will be to deliver the training approach for the deployment of their transformation programme. The training process will involve the candidate conducting the learning needs analysis, managing and localizing the training material and any translation and above all end user training delivery and evaluation.

Experience:

- Experience of management training
- Experience of working with a large global company
- Full system training life cycles experience
- Project Management skills
- Understanding of training and development processes.

Desirable:

- Experience of working in a matrixed team.
