DESCRIPTION:

provide customer service to the site for all training processes. This includes data entry, processing change control of training documents using a Quality Tracking System, providing training reports, and maintaining data integrity within the system. Manages assignment profiles, administers curricula and item ID creation. Maintains change control of curricula documents using system in support of site training initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Associate's degree in science or computer technology or 5 years of related experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle changing deadlines.
- Must have good communication skills to deal with all levels of customers.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and properly handle confidential documents.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn new and changing responsibilities.
- Candidate must possess flexibility to respond to constantly changing conditions and priorities.
- Need high aptitude and proficiency with computerized systems
- Familiarity with Plateau Learning Management System, Trackwise, or PDOCS is highly desired
- Prefer proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint.
