LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TRAINING JOB needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in East Hanover, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- 4-6 years of experience with training/curriculum development
- Project management skills
- Interpersonal communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assists with day-to-day operations for Learning & Development
- Implementing adult learning principles, instructional design and curriculum development
- Update campaign and media tracking reports with monthly results
- Produce campaign fact sheets for call center training and support email campaign needs

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Understanding of clinical drug development
- 4-6 years experience in the learning & development field
- Experience implementing adult learning principles, instructional design and curriculum development
- Project management skills are critical to this role
- Working knowledge of LMS extracting data and reporting
- Experience with AdobeConnect and/or Live Meeting
