The Learning
- Providing training to new Customer Services Advisors joining the business
- Training to include induction, Customer Service Training, Sales and Product/Technical training
- Managing a group of approximately 15 delegates in a classroom environment
- Provide tailored operational coaching support
The successful candidate will have the following;
- Strong learning & development or training background within a call centre environment
- Has carried out induction/customer service training
- Ability to review training material
