The UK's leading outsourcing company is currently seeking a permanent Learning and Development Manager to join the Capita Customer Management division.

Capita Customer Management, part of Capita PLC, handle over 100 million customer contacts every year and is trusted by UK and global brands from the public and private sector to manage their customer contact.

Our Learning and Development Manager will lead an L&D Team of up to 10 people focussed on providing training to Customer Service Advisors. Courses will include induction and performance improvement. Your role will be to develop your team in designing, delivering and evaluating effective courses across Customer Management.

We are looking for an L&D Manager with an impressive technical L&D knowledge with a commercial mindset and an ability to liaise successfully with our clients and stakeholders. A strong background in managing an L&D team is essential. Contact centre or outsourcing experience is highly desirable but not essential.
