Our prestigious Government client is looking for a Learning & Development Manager who is an accredited Group Trainer. If you are CTC cleared this would be advantageous but not essential. You will have a sound knowledge and experience of learning and development including an understanding of needs analysis, using competency frameworks and design & development. Experience in designing and delivering a range of learning activities to different sized groups and can demonstrate creativity. Knowledge and experience in evaluation methodology. Strong interpersonal skills with staff at all levels. Ability to consult, challenge, persuade and negotiate with stakeholders.
