My client, a leading automotive manufacturer, based in Warwickshire, are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Engineer to join their Electrical Engineering division on a long-term contract basis.

Rate: £31.44 p/h Ltd co.
Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire

Position Description:
Electrical Engineering requires an experienced lecturer to develop and deliver a range of courses aimed at upskilling the existing (Engineer) workforce
Responsible for development of course material relating to automotive electronics and to successfully deliver that material to groups of automotive engineers in either single lessons or multi-day courses.
You may be required to adjust course content to target differing business areas and knowledge levels. The role is offered on a full time basis and will be based predominantly at Gaydon. Some travel to facilities/sites in the local area (to deliver seminars) may be required.

Experience Required:
Must have proven teaching skills
Must be able to create engaging teaching materials
Must have strong technical skills in automotive software
Skills in software security and skills in automotive hardware are also desirable

Education Required:
Proven experience of successfully delivering electronics based training in a group/class environment
Must have a proven history of developing and producing engaging course material
A degree or PhD in a software or electronics related subject
