ROLE: LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR

My client are looking for a coordinator with either an understanding of the Learning and Development process, or a strong desire to learn more within this area. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create and maintain course enrollments
- Update training records
- Promote course content through management of the internal website
- Monitor and review L&D spend
- Manage payment to suppliers
- General administration

SKILLS:

- Excellent communication skills - both on the telephone and in person
- Excellent organisation skills
- Understanding of L&D processes would be an advantage
- Understanding of PeopleSoft/Oracle would be an advantage
