Learning & Development Consultant Job

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in GLEN MILLS, PA.

- Training Program Management
- Analyzes, coordinates and delivers learning and development programs
- Analyzes learning and development needs of organizational personnel such as managers, supervisors, plant or office workers, or other employee groups
- Formulates and delivers plans, procedures and programs to meet specific learning and development needs and problems
- Develops learning and development training manuals and other learning and development aids
- Delivers learning and development training to the organization
- Monitors and reports the effectiveness of learning and development efforts
- Researches new learning and development tools, techniques, vendors and suggests enhancements to existing programs

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Create a training calendar for instructors and participants of the Ariba P2O implementations
- Communicate and confirm participation with end user community and their management
- Organize logistics required for training sessions
- Confirm training requirements
- Create reporting for attendance, participation metrics with company guidance
- Track and monitor status reports for the P2O project for company Organizational Change Management
- Create a tactical Organizational Change Management Plan to support steering committee communications, stakeholder alignment, change assessment, and implementation
- Lead and drive change management activities including communication and training
- Create project plan to support communication with stakeholder base, steering committee and end user community
- Draft internal communications and work with Corporate Communications to finalize and distribute to appropriate audience through various communication vehicles
- Propose communication approaches and strategy recommendations

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong background in Learning & Development
- Bachelors degree is desired, High-school diploma required
- Organizational skills
