LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in WILMINGTON, DE.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Advanced Excel experience creating macros and merging data.
- Demonstrated strong leadership capability.
- Strong mathematical skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Analyze learning and development needs of the organizational personnel which includes managers, supervisors, plant or office workers, or other employee groups.
- Formulate and deliver plans, procedures and programs to meet specific learning and development needs and problems.
- Develop learning and development training manuals and other learning and development aids.
- Deliver learning and development training to the organization.
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of learning and development efforts.
- Research new learning and development tools, techniques, and suggest enhancements to existing programs.
- Support the collection, analysis and maintenance of data used to fulfil corporate metrics.
- Lead projects associated with metrics and data collection.
- Creation and presentation of supporting documents and charts.
- Tracking and conveying project updates.
- Maintenance of data table and merging data.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Advanced Excel experience creating macros and merging data.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to further develop those skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
- Experience in being involved in the process of organizational change and development.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- SharePoint experience preferred.
