Learning & Development Business Partner - 3-6 months - London

Global client is looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner who will work closely with Sales Operations and provide to the business a framework for driving sales performance and essential tools and templates to manage sales activities, with the view to creating conditions for performance. The successful person will also support the Sales Operations Manager in putting into play the development architecture for the Sales Academy curriculum resulting in a range of products on offer to the sales business unit.

Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a learning and development environment
- Experience in helping design and develop development products
- Good understanding of L&D administration practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build facilitator guides, tools and techniques to promote a solid infrastructure to support development. Particularly in process and systems, products and sales methodology
- Work with the Sales Operations Manager to provide the process for collating data and building the Sales Academy dashboard
- Build the Sales Academy sharepoint site - paying particularly care on meeting the sales expectations and driving usage
- Align sales competency framework with wider organisation - building supporting channels to encourage a learning culture
- Developing the logistical, communications plan and project planning for 2014 and putting in play L&D process for course enrolment etc.
- Reviewing with Sales Operations Manager Sales Academy products and collaborating to build world class products.
