Projektbeschreibung

JOB DUTIES:

- Partner with business unit clients to develop effective training and learning solutions that meet business needs.
- Assess, design, develop, implement, facilitate, and evaluate knowledge and skills training curriculum related to technical systems, customer relations, and processes using specific adult learning methodology and learning technologies.
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts regarding best practice standards to provide consistent and accurate application of systems and process knowledge on the job.
- Conduct training needs analysis, including determination of business need for learning scope definition.
- Use a systematic format to gather data regarding learner, process, environmental characteristics and content impacting the training request.
- Develop learning curriculum using adult learning methodology applied to an accepted instructional design and development format encompassing a variety of learning technologies.
- Responsible for taking assigned projects from start to finish within specified deadline.
- Implement delivery of content, process and technical system learning curriculum using a variety of instructional methods.
- Present information clearly while relating course material to learners' workplace situation.
- Provide effective, specific feedback to learner on performance regarding learning content.
- Appropriately modify learning content and delivery based on learner feedback.
- Act as a facilitator in learning situations to manage group process and discussion.

- Ability to use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to build constructive relationships with customers, business units, service organizations, and other stakeholders to meet shared goals and objectives.
- Ability to demonstrate cooperation and collaboration while participating in a group or team.
- Ability to make effective decisions and achieve desired results in the midst of changes in responsibilities, work processes, time frames, performance expectations, organizational culture, or work environment.
- Ability to actively support and promote corporate and/or business unit changes.
- Ability to focus on a goal and harnesses own and others' energy to drive toward goal alignment; meets or exceeds expectations.
- Previous experience in working in corporate HR Learning environment is ideal.
- EDUCATION:
- Bachelors Degree (Required).

Area of Study:

- Workplace Learning/Training & Development, Education, Communications, Business, Adult and Continuing Education or related Liberal Arts field.
