Projektbeschreibung

An English & German speaking Learning Co-ordinator needed to act as talent operations expert who challenges and improves work processes on a regular basis to ensure process optimisation at any time.
You will take responsibility for day-to-day administration and logistics required to schedule, coordinate and rollout the client University curriculum of training programs and courses and maintain excellent customer and staff relationships to ensure total satisfaction.

Duties include:

- Invite and monitor the number of participants to ensure minimum participation is maintained at all times. Flag insufficient participants to program managers and work with him/her to minimize cancellation charges with third party providers.
- Set up programs and courses on the learning management system (MyCampus) and upload data to ensure all training data is consolidated, made available to the learner, monitored and tracked most effectively and efficiently.
- Respond to client requests in English and German via email and phone (or in Italian or French) and be second level support contact on day-to-day training administration and delivery matters.
- Manage bookings for internal/external venues, locations and overnight stays.
- Collate print materials and ensure completion in good time and accuracy.
- Support communication of programs and courses with the publications of appropriate event descriptions on client learning management portal (MyCampus).
- Perform special projects and other job functions as assigned.

Requirements:

- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
- Banking, organization or education background
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken), French and Italian beneficial
- Flair for information technology (for MyCampus usage)
- Advanced organizational skills
- Advanced using MS Office applications (such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Ability to work in a team
- Communicative and has good networking skills
- Ability to stay focused against objectives, to multitask and to prioritize workload
- Result-driven
- Flexible and ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-starter, can-do-attitude, creative problem-solver and acts on own initiative
- Well presented
