Learning Business Partner Lead (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Work with the Head of Learning to implement and drive GMS Learning Organization strategy, as Learning Business Partner in the assigned area
- Partner with Operating Unit LTs to identify appropriate learning strategies and focus areas, enabling learning system compliance and effectiveness across GMS
- Key responsibilities include technical learning needs analysis, performance consulting, and partnering with site or center Training Leads to prioritize key learning interventions in support of customer requirements and evolving regulatory requirements 
- Provide guidance and support to site leadership teams, and site or center Training Leads to implement learning and human performance model strategies and compliance, driving performance and continuous improvement and coaching in the implementation of the GMS Learning Organization strategy
- Partner with OpU sites and center functions in deploying the maturity assessment tools for both the Learning System and RFT C& B program
- Work with Head of Learning on analytics and reports for OpU LT and thereafter ensure identified improvements are incorporated into GMS learning strategy or site or functional area specific actions 
- Trend operating unit learning system results and share with leadership to ensure ongoing support for learning and improvements needed
- Support the Learning Community of Practice, best practice replication, LMS utilization, consistency of learning standards, coaching & development of site training leads across GMS
- Promote the standardization of technical learning core programs, competency based training interventions, and learning system processes
- Coach leaders and site champions on HPM to embed and achieve required results based on results from maturity assessments

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- HR experience with Manufacturing background ( this is a technical HR role/training systems set up/works directly with Manufacturing leads/training Qualification required)   
- Languages : English plus German or another European Language 
- Travelling is necessary in the beginning at around 60% to 10 European Sites afterwards around 25%
- BS in Science, Lifescience or Engineering discipline required, with profound experience in biopharmaceutical environment
- Training qualification (Certificate or Diploma level preferred), with experience in managing a training function
- Profound experience in training and development and instructional design
- Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance needed
- Experience in global biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred
