Training Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Collaborating with the Americas Senior Management Team to understand their Regional strategy as to develop an effective America's Regional Learning Plan
* Leading, managing, communicating and embedding the Regional Learning Plan
* Continuously working with the Americas Senior Management Team to refine the plan to optimize efficiency and results
* Providing and delivering world class Learning and Development solutions specializing in management development, sales skills and soft skills
* Designing, developing and delivering Regional specific training initiatives aligned to the SThree strategy
* Sourcing, co-ordinating and managing vendor relationships for development programs and services
* Conducting needs analysis to determine training needs and delivery methods
* Working closely with the Global delivery team to ensure sharing of best practice and quality of training intervention
* Supporting the Global operations team in effective scheduling and allocation of L&D Americas delivery resources
* Acting as an ambassador for Learning and Talent and wider HR team

Successful applicants for this position will have:

* Experience designing and delivering a wide range of training programs from Onboarding through to Management
* Experience managing, coaching and developing people, this role is 60% hands on, experience training within sales/recruitment environment preferred
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
* Experience coordinating, selecting and managing suppliers, as well as measuring ROI
* Energy, enthusiasm and passion for training
* Preferable sales or recruitment experience
* Relevant training qualifications and training certification
* The flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally to office locations across the U.S.
