LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PARTNER/L&D PARTNER

Tangent International are currently looking for L&D Partners to work based in Basingstoke for a leading infrastructure group.

ROLE PURPOSE

- Support Managing & HR Directors as their trusted Learning & Development Partner by providing advice and guidance on people development
- Work in partnership with Executive Leadership Managers and the human resources community to understand the learning and development needs of the allocated business unit and interpret and prioritise them into specific training and development interventions

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE

- Successful track record within the Learning and Development sector - working across the full training life cycle from training needs analysis to delivery and evaluation
- Significant experience in the design, delivery and sourcing of  training needs
- Proven ability to coach line managers
- Experience of Learning Management Systems
- Internal stakeholder and client management capability
- External supplier relationship management capability

Rates are £180 per day
