LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, LEEDS

3 - 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Capita's CONTACT CENTRE OUTSOURCING division is currently recruiting a Learning and Development Officer to join our team on a 3 -6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT.

Our L&D team DESIGN, DELIVER AND EVALUATE effective learning solutions for Capita working across multiple clients, sectors and employees in our business.

Training will focus on induction, up-skilling and performance improvement initiatives among other topics in a classroom environment of around 15 delegates. You will be responsible for DELIVERING EFFECTIVE TRAINING to motivate and engage delegates to meet our business objectives. You will provide tailored operational COACHING support to employees. You will also EVALUATE the training using scorecards to review the return on investment of the training.

We are seeking commercially aware and engaging L&D Trainers. Ideally you will have CiTP or CIDP or equivalent.
