Learning and Development Manager

Hours: 24 hours.  3 days per week.  To be arranged.
Base: Falkirk, with the expectation to travel

Real Life Options are looking to recruit a part time Learning & Development Officer to assist in the development and delivery of mandatory training for healthcare staff in Scotland.

You will be expected to work in partnership with service managers in order to develop and deliver flexible learning solutions to staff teams providing direct support in peoples own homes and supported housing environments. You will support social care staff in the development of their professional skills and qualifications ensuring Real Life Options meets all sector regulatory requirements. You will also be required to play an active part in the realisation of Real Life Options&rsquo Learning & Development strategy.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable skills in training along with excellent communications skills, high motivation and excellent work ethics. Ideally you will have knowledge and understanding of apprenticeships and diplomas in the Health and Social Care sector. The role will have the responsibility of delivering training to all regions within Scotland and when necessary provide support within England.

It is essential that you have a Teaching Qualification and experience of the Care Sector.
You must be a car driver with a full license, and be willing to travel to deliver training.
