Projektbeschreibung

The Learning and Development Coordinators duties include:
As a key member of the L&D HR team oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of current and future L&D strategy for EMEA Regions by providing dedicated support from the L&D centre of expertise.
Manage successful implementation of all central training activities in the regions by providing relevant logistical support.
Provide up to date reporting on L&D metrics and provide analysis that will support the development efforts in Regions.
As a member of the Global L&D team, assist with the creation and testing of E-learning and all new media.
Coordinate region-wide training communications and serve as liaison between L including assignment of HR training modules, maintenance of training completions, E-learning testing, activity reporting, etc.
Manage successful classroom course delivery and logistics by coordinating course enrollment, course scheduling, venues, preparing course materials, equipment, facilities, etc.
Maintain a positive relationship with training partners, keeping up to date contracts, timely payment of invoices and adherence to cancellation policies.
Ensure that L&D courses are up-to-date and accurate in the LMS and reporting processes are regularly reviewed.
Coordinate events and undertake administration duties for EMEA Associate Director and Manager Learning & Development as needed.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
BA/BS/or related L&D experience.
Experience in training administration or related area.
Must have strong organization and time management skills and be able to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Must be willing to develop L&D expertise in conjunction with maintaining all administration related duties.
Strong customer service bias to effectively respond to user/client inquiries and resolve issues.
Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize and meet tight conflicting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Independently understand, follow and implement complex instructions.
Ability to use good judgment in making decisions.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
Willing to develop L&D expertise in the role to offer a broader development service to employees in the future.
