Learning and development (L&D) design consultant

An exciting opportunity for an L&D design consultant to join a leading bank in London. This is a role for someone who is experienced within training and design, to be able to continue to help the clients development of a wide range of L&D activities, within the full training life cycle.

Rate: 300 a day

Location: London

Contract: 12 months

Key Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 3 years of creating job related training programmes that include products, systems and interaction skills, any less than this you will not be suitable for the role.

Must have experience in financial services

Proven project management skills

Current knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts, including ADDIE and rapid methodologies.

Experience within the full training life cycle.

Past experience of demonstrating consulting skills with subject matter experts and internal customers

Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Storyline

Being able to deal and adapt to change within the working environment

Experience within procurement functions

Design and delivery qualification such as CIPD or TAP

Key Accountabilities:

Complete training needs analysis

Design and develop training structure and learning materials

To deliver and evaluate training

To balance both technical and behavioural requirements across the programmes.
