Our client is a FTSE 100 company and is looking for a Learning and Development Consultant to join the team on an initial 4 month contract. You will be responsible for several projects including building talent capability (eg workshops, toolkit & coaching).
Skills:
- L&D and talent management experience
- Good programme/project management skills and background
- Communications and stakeholder management skills and experience
- Strong communication skills (including written)
