Learning and Development Consultant - Elearning - Brighton, Sussex

Experienced LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT required for public sector organisation based in BRIGHTON, WEST SUSSEX.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO DESIGN AND DEVELOP A NEW E-LEARNING SOLUTION FOR EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

PRACTITIONER OF THE FULL LEARNING CYCLE

EXPERIENCE OF DESIGNING SOPHISTICATED, ELEARNING SOLUTIONS

GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF EXPERIMENTAL AND ACCELERATED LEARNING TECHNIQUIES AND THE DIFFERENT LEARNING STYLES

EXPERIENCE OF CONSULTING AT SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM LEVEL AND LEADING STAKEHOLDER DISCUSSIONS

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Lead key stakeholder discussions to shape the education brief, working with policy, research and our customer proposition teams to identify the core user group (s) and understand the education proposition in context

Aligned to the educational brief, work with the policy team to research and identify the key audience

Conduct a learning needs analysis

Work with the policy team to develop business impact, workplace outcome and learning objectives alongside an evaluation plan

Design an appropriate eLearning solution to meet the agreed objectives and the needs of the identified user (s) group/audience

Achieve sign off of solution proposals via appropriate governance processes Produce a project plan to write, build and deliver the solution

Work with subject matter expert content writers in other teams to produce high quality learning scripts
