LEARNING DESIGN CONSULTANT

My client is a Global Bank seeking a Learning Design Consultant to be based in their Manchester office to join their Group. You will be responsible for the design of a variety of key learning programmes across the Bank, using industry best practice, ensuring colleagues have the capability to serve customers to the highest standards. The idea candidate will have experience delivering this in a Financial Services environment previously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for the design of a variety of key learning programmes
- Ability to work within tight timescales and meet deadlines and respond to changing and emerging priorities
- Working collaboratively with colleagues within the wider Learning team, stakeholders and external suppliers regarding the development and maintenance of material to enhance credibility and commerciality, to further improve the customer experience
- Optimises the functionality of Learning Management System to enhance training interventions and colleagues experience
- Good product, technical and professional knowledge of Banking roles (or similar)
- Strong team working with colleagues from within the department and across the Bank

KEY SKILLS

- Learning Design Experience within FS/Banking
- CIPD qualification
- Microsoft Skills and Stakeholder Management
