Learning and Development Consultant

We are looking for an L&D Consultant to be based out of our Beckenham office in Kent. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

To provide a centre of learning and development excellence through the superior application of training needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of training. We are looking for multiple L&D Consultants to be based out of our Beckenham offices in Kent.

To support the achievement of the Corporate Strategy through the development and coaching of employees for any people initiatives and be advocates for people development and the delivery of the centre of excellence
* Design, develop or makes recommendation to source training solutions in response to the completed TNA.
* Expert delivery of training solutions, (multi-site) utilising various medians and technology.
* Conduct evaluation and maintenance of L

* Proven experience and demonstrates effective coaching/training delivery skills.
* Demonstrates a good understanding of learning and development theory and application.
