Learning and Development Consultant - (Management Development)

Currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Consultant - (Management Development) to join a leading organisation in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

We are looking for a Learning and Development Consultant - (Management Development) to lead the development and delivery of Management development and Academy programmes to support the achievement of Business goals

This is a contract position for an initial period of 3 months with the possibility of the contract being extended or being made permanent.

Within the organisation, the Leadership team has developed an ambitious growth strategy with clear priorities based on a strong Network; clear Brand position; enhanced Customer Service; well controlled costs and a skilled and engaged workforce.

The Learning and Development Consultant - (Management Development) will have overall responsibility for developing and managing the programmes and processes that drive improved Management capability.

THE ROLE

You will be working within a team of 4 Consultants reporting to the Head of Leadershipwork collaboratively with the Head of Channel Training and 
Recruitment to ensure all management development is fit for purpose and aligned to Business
requirements
- Manage budget; meet KPIs and comply with department governance
- Manage supplier selection and relationships
- Utilise external insight and network to enhance management development best practice
- Facilitate interventions and coach internal management teams
- Provide individual coaching as directed by the Head of Leadership and Development

KNOWLEDGE

- Design and delivery of Management development programmes in a corporate environment
- Management Development training models, and proven track record of successful application
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Credibility at a senior level and ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders enthusiastically
- Proven consultancy skills, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to develop workable

business solutions
- Strong programme management and organisational skills
- Evidence of supplier and budget management
- Experience of senior group facilitation
- Proven coaching skills
- Commercial acumen
