This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's leading defence companies on a 12 month contract.
The candidate should have the ability to engage confidently with a number of stakeholders across the UK and internationally.
Experience Required:-
- Previous experience in developing and writing communications would be ideal.
- Previous experience in working with HR systems and training solutions and be able to undertake training needs analyses would be good too.
- Have the ability to solve complex problems and issues.
- Have experience in Business Change.
- An understanding of learning and development implementation and planning.
- HND/degree level qualification.
