Learning and Development Advisor

A leading professional services firm is currently recruiting for a learning and development advisor, based in London, on a 9month FTC at a salary of circa £40,000.

The role offers a great deal of growth and involvement in the key training strategy and agenda, with a heavy focus on design and delivery of training material. With a full involvement in the learning and development operational tasks, from the co-ordination of training projects, through to identifying the training needs of the business units and designing and facilitating the bespoke programs.

Reporting directly to the Group Learning and Development Manager, this opportunity offers the potential to grow learning and development specialists at the first stages of their career with initial experience of designing and delivering training material/courses.

Candidates from a Professional Services background with the desire, drive and experience within Learning and Development and ideally with a CIPD/CiTP qualification will be preferred. This is a high pace and highly professional environment therefore candidates with experience of working in such circumstances, would be best suited.
