Learning and Development Account Manager

Learning & Development Account Manager, Preston, Competitive salary, 6 month FTC

Advantage Resourcing are recruiting a Learning & Development Account Manager to join a leading Defence organisation in Preston for a 6 month fixed term contract.

The purpose of this role is to provide a high quality end-to-end L&D service to the highest level of a customer account, managing multiple people relationships

Key duties and responsibilities:

-Understand customer business and develop close partnership relationship with key HR Directors/Managers and Functional Heads
-Interface and coordinate with Customer Service managers and other internal Managers relationships responsible for servicing the account
-People management of multiple other L&D professional team members responsible for supporting various components, departments, projects of the customer (including employee development, PDR, employee discipline)
-Understand specific business goals and the related L&D activities needed to support the achievement of L&D goals to support the customer's overall business strategy
-Project manage all L&D solutions crossing multiple customer boundaries
-Design, develop and deliver learning interventions within key areas of expertise
-Support communication to the customer's business with HR on L&D processes and updates as required
-Respond to requests from Operations Team and Customer Services Team to support overall L&D service delivery

Experience required:

-Ability to build and manage effective relationships at senior levels across complex client base
-Ability to effectively manage multiple direct reports
-Self-motivated and energetic with personal credibility and professional confidence
-Strong influencing and coaching abilities
-Experience in the development and delivery of learning solutions
