We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in China.
Position Title: Learning and Competence Development Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: October 2015
Duration: Depending on the project
Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

Competence Management: Competence Standards, Competence Assessment, Competence Development Plan (Career plan).

Learning Management: Learning Strategic/business Planning, Learning Organization and Process Design, Curriculum system, Faculty system, Learning Management System, Learning infrastructure Construction.

Create structure in ambiguous situations.
-
Manage complexity in terms of the work and stakeholders to deliver results in a compressed timeframe.
-
Conduct difficult conversations, including interactions with senior stakeholders.
-
Be resourceful and think creatively about how to get the job done and work around obstacles.
-
Interface with many stakeholders who have competing priorities and drive toward consensus and a go-forward plan. Requires strong persuasion, negotiation and influence skills.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
-
Successful experience in a similar role managing enterprise-wide initiatives.
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-
Ed.D, Ph.D or Master's degree in, instructional/learning design, human resource development, educational technology, communications or a related field.
-
At least 6+ years' experience in learning/ICT industry as HR Director, Chief Learning Officer, Head of Academy or similar.

English: Fluent.
