Learning Admin Support - Training Co-Ordinator

Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is looking for a Learning Admin Support to be based in Edinburgh on an initial 6 month contract.

Core Duties:

This role has been created to provide guidance to Managers booking courses. The system is self-service so Managers will book themselves on to courses however as this is a new service the business is offering, there will be queries relating to them.

The successful candidate will answer any queries, regularly update the system, ensure that the appropriate number of Managers are on each course, facilitate webinars and assist with the roll-out of new training material.

Good stakeholder management is essential as the successful candidate will be involved in regular internal liaison.

Top 3 Evaluation Criteria

1) A training admin background would be ideal/someone who has come from a learning environment

2) Banking isn't essential but large, corporate experience would be highly beneficial.

3) Experience of system administration is desirable along with good Excel skills
