£400 - £445 per day

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a Learning Account Manager to join the team on an initial 7 month contract with a view to extend. You will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 7 people within the learning service team.

The team covers for all aspects of the administration and end to end delivery of the sessions/training.

Accountabilities:

- delivering a responsive, high standard of service to a portfolio focused set of clients
- ensuring end to end delivery of high volume training sessions delivered globally
- collection of session evaluation and attendee data - and the provision of MI data
- maintaining high levels of resource utilisation and ensuring that the tools, systems and templates are in place
- day to day supervision

Skills:

- Experience in working in HR Shared Services or Events/Learning Operations
- Experience of supervising others, ideally across geographically remote teams; evidence of ability to task manage others
- Evidence of sound relationship-building skills
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting
