LEAN TRAINER/ASSESSOR

LOCATION: WOLVERHAMPTON - MIDLANDS

SALARY: £28-30,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lean Trainer/Lean Manufacturing professional to join a leading FTSE 100 organisation. The successful candidate will have extensive lean experience, and possess the ability to deliver and share this with colleagues and employees.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Lean Trainer/Assessor, you will be required to:

- Deliver the clients Lean - Business Improvement training programme
- Ensure learners acquire the requisite knowledge, skillsidentify learning outcomes; relating subject areas to outcomes, producing plans for learning sessions
- Identify methods of recording and monitoring the design and development and use of learning resources
- Customise methods of delivery appropriate to the group of learners, organising the learning environment to assist the learning process.
- Assess the learning through summative and formative assessment. This will require analysis, identification and confirmation of strengthsconstructive feedback and progress reports of learners.
- Reporting to the Project Manager on evaluation/review of teaching and learning, and assessment against an NVQ, where appropriate.
- Responsible for safe upkeep of specified resources and training facilities whilst on internal customer premises.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Lean Manufacturing industry experience
- Preferably a training background, with proven caseload experience
- Strong delivery techniques - able to communicate exceptionally well to group (typically 20+ learners per group)
- Confident and articulate individual
- Level 3 B-IT qualification
- A recognised training & delivery qualification (PTTLS, CTLLS etc)
