A Big 4 Professional Services firm are actively seeking a Lean Six-Sigma SME to join them for a 6 months initial assignment to deliver market leading solutions to the problems facing their clients, bringing bold, innovative, radical solutions to age-old problems

The client is keen to meet individuals with deep Lean or Operational improvement experience, across a broad range of sectors. This individual will work on the development team, specifically focusing on developing the methodology for a bold new proposition.

ESSENTIAL

- At least 10 years deep experience in Lean/operational improvement across a broad range of sectors (ideally a combination of industry and consulting)
- Will have experienced multiple Lean/operational improvement methodologies.
- Will be proficient with Lean tools and techniques including process step change, continuous improvement and coaching.
- This experience will have come from big 4 or boutique operations consultancies.
- The candidate will have a track record in innovation, and ideally an understanding of both old and emerging technologies, including ERP systems and digital technology.
- The candidate will have the ability to lead a team, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

DESIRABLE

- Experience in the Power and Utilities sector would be advantageous but not required.
- Lean/six sigma related qualifications would be advantageous.
