LEAN/SIX Sigma Process Consultant - London

Progressive are currently seeking a strong Six/ Lean Sigma specialist for an international solutions provider with a global presence to be based in central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation, with excellent opportunities for career progression.

Below is an outline of the day to day responsibilities:

Support Process Lead in preparation and execution of larger workshops and complex Kaizens
Prepare and facilitate smaller workshops and Kaizens
Gather stakeholder information through interviews or desk research
Drive actions and implementation plan
Drive alignment globally and across functions
Manage process improvement initiatives
Create and maintain process and policy documentation to reflect changes in operating environment
Map processes
Make improvement recommendations
Work with management and stakeholders to create project charters and create/maintain project plans
Monitor and communicate project progress to team, colleagues and management
Proactively work to remove roadblocks hindering implementation of initiatives
Gather, monitor, present and report on key metrics to assess project performance

In order to be considered you must have a proven track record in a similar role, and ideally come from a software/ technology based environment.
