Looking for a Lean Six Sigma Process Analyst to work with our Financial Service client based in Wiltshire. The role requires the successful candidate to identify process improvement opportunities using Lean Six tools and capabilities.

Experience and Skills;

- Engaging with SME's to understand, map and identify improvements, and manage delivery.
- Lean Six Sigma Certified (Black Belt)
- Experience in operating in an IT and Financial environment with a strong track record of evidence delivery.
- Demonstrable Process Transformation Experience
- Commercially astute
- Good Stakeholder management
- Strong facilitation skills
- IT Process improving experience
