Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Process Analyst - Investment Bank

Our client, a niche consulting firm, are looking to hire an experienced, hands-on LEAN SIGMA GREEN BELT to work alongside the Lean Architect, responsible for re-engineering the Accounting and Close processes across a FINANCE TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME within a TIER 1 INVESTMENT BANK.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop large scale process change from conception through to final implementation, providing insight and recommendations for process change.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Developing and setting up business process modelling within the finance function.
- Gathering business requirements and writing the Business Requirements Documentation within the Finance Functions.
- Producing both pilot and SOP design through the effective facilitation of workshops.
- Identifying risks & create process mapping and use SIX SIGMA TOOLS to support tasked work.
- Liaising with process owners and knowledge managers.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL NEED:

- LEAN SIGMA GREEN BELT CERTIFICATION.
- Process design experience in utilising one the following applications: ARIS, CASEWISE, MEGA or SPARX.
- Experience working within a Finance function in Investment Banking would be a distinct advantage.
