A Lean Six Sigma practioner is required by a Financial Services organization based in Edinburgh.
The aim of the programme is to improve client onboarding.
- Experienced Lean practitioner with recent experience in Value Stream Mapping tools and techniques, ideally within a financial institution
- The ability to use a range of methods and analytical techniques to elicit and validate detailed activity with Subject Matter Experts
- The ability to analyse data and present information in a logical, simple way in order to ensure common understanding
- Identify, engage, involve and communicate successfully with stakeholders, demonstrating resilience and tenacity
- Flexible with travel between UK sites
