Lean Six Sigma Engineer - Contract Position in South East Ireland
My client, a well known global leader in the pharmaceutical industry is recruiting for a Lean Six Sigma Engineer for an initial 11 month contract with a competitive remuneration package.
As part of the main duties of the role you will have responsibility for providing LSS tools and methods support for site operations, the primary responsibility will be to support and be a change agent for various site LSS initiatives and portfolio of projects within the framework of the Production System lean methodology.
Ideally you will have proven experience working in a similar role in a pharmaceutical environment.
Essential requirements include experience with management systems for making problems visible and resolving them using A3 problem solving, demonstrated experience in the delivery of improvement projects utilising Hoshin Kanri, 5S, Kanban, VSM, Standardized Work.
Use of all of the following data analysis, problem solving and process improvement tools - Product and process FMEA's Design and analysis of DOE's Conducting process stability and capability Conducting measurement system analysis studies for attribute and variable data implementing statistical process controls for attribute and variable data environments use of QFD expert use of statistical analysis software packages
Preparation and delivery of relevant LSS training materials.
You will have the opportunity to build on your already established analytical and organisational skills. Ideally you will be an influential team player and effective communicator as well as having the ability to be self directed.
