Skills and experience:
- Industrial environment and R&D teams
- Knowledge of various visual management tools (as OBEYA, LEAN)
- Experience in implementation of a visual management tool
- Conceptual knowledge of Sciforma
Description of work:
- At first, it will be a punctual intervention where you will audit, workshop and implement recommendation
- The analyses of the current tool used, flows and work processes
- Leading improvement project: including data gathering, engineering evaluation, scope-of-work development, preliminary design of flows, cost estimation, financial analysis, detailed design and detailed scheduling
- Presentation and analyses of visual management tools available on the market
- Perform a Proof of concept with determined groups
- Assist the PMO in the deployment of the solution
- In collaboration with PMO, identify, select and prioritize projects.
