LEAN SIX SIGMA CHANGE DELIVERY MANAGER

Certified Lean Six Sigma Change Delivery Manager is required to manage a Lean process improvement programme for a Financial Services client in Belfast.

The Certified Lean Six Sigma Change Delivery Manager must have a proven track record of delivering operational lean improvement with a particular focus on coaching, mentoring and training

EXPERIENCE

- Certified Six Sigma Professional
- Proven and demonstrable track record delivering Lean Process Improvement projects for Financial Services
- Demonstrable experience Coaching and mentoring skills, particularly around innovative change solutions, track record in operational management and designing quality frameworks.
- Proven record Leading lean activities such as root cause analysis, informative visual management, including team boards, huddles and daily routines for all team leaders and manager.
- Demonstrable experience around optimising E2E process and work design with a focus on reduced errors/failure demand along with increased "right-first-time".
- Ability to demonstrate cost savings and efficiencies gained as a result of such programmes
- Track record delivering lean Six Sigma improvement across multiple business functions (customer service, finance, procurement, HR etc..)
- Track record delivering the change and business impacts of such improvement
- You must have gravitas with senior stakeholders and reported into the Board previously.

This role might involve some travel further down the line
