Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt - Investment Bank

Our client, a niche consulting firm requires an experienced, hands-on LEAN SIGMA BLACK BELT with process re-engineering expertise within a FINANCE TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME within a TIER 1 INVESTMENT BANK. Working closely with the Lean Architect, this individual will be accountable for development of the Target Process Model for key finance processes, specifically processes from accounting data to reporting the data.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Gathering business requirements and writing the Business Requirements Documentation within the Finance Function.
- Compiling impact Assessments, great stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to build trust at all levels and have clear, precise communication skills.
- Providing recommendations for process changes.
- Producing both pilot and SOP design through the effective facilitation of workshops

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL NEED:

- LEAN SIGMA BLACK BELT OR GREEN BELT CERTIFICATION
- Ideally, experience in the development and design of finance process transformations, specifically FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND CLOSE.
