LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT - DAILY RATE CONTRACT - DUBLIN

THE ROLE

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Manager role is a 6-9 month daily rate contract role based in Dublin. The key focus of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is to identify, lead and successfully complete large scale, high impact improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology. These projects will aim to improve the efficiency of our clients operations, while continuously improving their customers' experience in interacting with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in successfully leading Lean Six Sigma projects in the services industry, preferably in a multinational organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Actively participate in crafting the strategy for continuous improvement
- Work with the Business Excellence team leaders on selecting and scoping projects that align with business goals and strategies
- Lead large scale improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology to deliver measureable and timely results
- Track and report on financial and non financial benefits from improvement projects
- Conduct advanced data analysis using Minitab or similar applications to establish root causes and provide meaningful insights
- Identify and promote best practices in the organisation
- Coach Green and Yellow Belts on how to use Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques
- Develop strong working relationships with the key stakeholders in the business

REQUIREMENTS:

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a reputable organization is a must
- BA/BS in an appropriate field is required. MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in successfully leading and completing large-scale Lean Six Sigma projects in the services industry
- Advanced statistical and analytical skills. Knowledge of, and experience with, Minitab is a definite plus
- Deep experience of tools used in Lean Six Sigma.
