Languages: English; Dutch or French are desirable
Skills and experience:
- Certified in Lean/Six sigma methodologies
- Able to handle change in an efficient and effective manner
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good in organizing and facilitating workshops with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in information collection and its analysis
- Quality driven, logical, analytic
- Autonomous, Creative, Assertive, Communicative, Team Player, Flexible and Result-Oriented
Description of work:
- Support new organization stabilization, deliver further continuous improvement and establish a continuous improvement dynamic in organization in alignment with process management organization.
- 30% for his/her time will be to manage the project itself, leading/coaching his team (2-5 people), aligning & prioritising with Stakeholders, providing status report, communicating on changes...
- 70% for his/her time will be to actually deliver continuous improvement initiatives: from Idea/issue generation through analysis down to implementation on the field.
- Lead and accountable for total project
- Review of key project deliverables
- Manage and coach project team
