LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT - DUBLIN

I am currently working on behalf of a multi - national online retailer and looking for an outstanding continuous improvement contractor.

The contract role will be based over in Dublin on a full time basis initially for a 6 month period. The role ideally commences as soon as possible.

You will be interacting with and coaching C - level executives through to front line members of staff. This programme has backing from the highest level and has already started to deliver large financial benefits. Candidates with consulting and industry experience would be desirable along with cross sector expertise.

OVERVIEW:
Identify, lead and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects using standard global program tools and methods
Work with functional and regional leaders to deploy high impact project using Lean Six Sigma methodology that support the business within contact centres & customer experience.
Develop project scope, objectives and metrics that coach, mentor and assist project teams and provide input on priorities
Lead the delivery of projectswork with process owners to translate function goals into Lean Six Sigma strategies/projects, and quantifiable results
Manage project development and selection, development or project plans, and metrics identification; follow toll gate reviews; maintain project database and reporting systems.
Coach, train, and develop Green Belts, Champions, and associates in Lean Six Sigma methodology
Provide expert guidance to multiple Lean Six Sigma project teams/Green Belts
Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects as assigned
Demonstrate thought leadership in continuous improvement
Utilize change management to drive results
