Lean Process Excellence Coach - Poole (nr Bournmouth) - £450-550 per day.

Large FS organisation are recruiting for a Lean Process Excellence Consultant to be based in Birmingham or London. This company are one or the largest UK banking groups with operations throughout the world.

The Lean Consultant will be responsible for creating a sustainable continuous improvement environment within the part of the business they are positions. IT is normal for the consultant to act as Lean coach or mentor for up to 100 staff at any one time.

As well as coaching and mentoring the Lean consultant will be responsible for Lean project delivery and change management with business benefit targets. Lean Consultants are seen as vital to the business achieiving its long term objects.

To be suitable for these positions you will have extensive Lean implementation experience and have the gravitas to influence senior stake holders in a very large and complex FS organisations. You will have had previous experience at delivering operational and cultural change through the use of Lean techniques for a number of years.

There is aspecific focus on culture, coaching, process automation through customer journeys, senior stakeholder engagement and improving quality inputs into processes

This contract is for between 3-6 months (followed by extensions) and are based out of either London or Birmingham. The daily rate is between £450-550 per day depending on experience.
