We have a nationally renowned client who requires a qualified and well-practiced lean professional to undertake and oversee key improvement projects. As a specialist, you will provide expert advice & mentorship for our internal lean projects and training programmes, in addition to representation and input at associated groups and events.

As a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, you will be able to demonstrate extensive practical application of your knowledge using a range of lean methodologies, which resulted in high value improvements in a similar setting/projects to that found in our organisation. It is imperative that you not only have the leadership, coaching and mentoring skills required to make immediate impact, but also the ability to harvest long term lean capacity within our organisation.

ROLE/PERSON SPEC:QUALIFIED BLACK BELT IN LEAN SIX SIGMA with extensive experience in applying knowledge to a wide range of improvement programmes
Successful application of lean methodologies, change management, problem solving skills, data analysis capabilities, business process mindset, and project management skills
Able to support & oversee key improvement projects which underpin the strategic objectives of the organisation and drive significant process & system efficiencies.
Lead, coach & mentor on lean methodologies and internal training programmes to ensure a robust culture of continuous improvement is achieved and improvement capacity within the organisation is increased.
Support a culture of collaboration, teamwork and stakeholder engagement in lean programmes across the organisation.
Provide expert guidance on all internal lean projects/programmes to derive maximum benefit to the organisation.

Able to anticipate, adapt and support others through rapid periods of change

Superior relationship building & engagement skills

Ability to effectively influence others (up to & including Executive level)

Proven track record for solving complex problems with sustainable solutions

Able to communicate & present to multiple stakeholders using an appropriate & adaptive communication style.
