Lean Master Black Belt/Six Sigma Consultant, Financial Services

Our client, a leading financial services company requires an experienced Lean/Master Belt/Six Sigma Programme lead to be accountable for process delivery within a group finance programme. Working closely with the programme director you will be responsible for delivery, accountable for the process design authority across the required processes, delivery insight and recommendations for process change, be responsible for designing future projects, reporting issues, managing teams on a global basis to ensure delivery and working with senior stakeholders to ensure buy in.

Ideally you will have over 8 years experience in developing and designing process transformations across global locations, in depth experience of process architecture and Lean Six Sigma processes. You must have experience of delivering large scale process change from conception through to final implementation and ideally Master Black Belt qualified. Working in a Finance function in Financial Services would be a distinct advantage.
